CHALLENGE
Nestle Milo has long been a household name across Australia, and they wanted to experiment with a direct-to-consumer personalisation model leading up to Christmas to unlock unrealised sales in the Christmas gifting space.
SOLUTION
As a fully integrated FMCG partner, we were tasked with full production, development, creative and logistics of the project, ensuring a successful consumer experience all the way from marketing through front and and back end development, design, printing, labelling, packaging dispatch and fulfilment.
Beginning with eight designs, we created print ready artwork and integrated them into our online personalisation engine, while also completing back end integrations into Nestle’s system, our logistics and fulfilment engine and Shopify’s ordering system.
Our automated printing line underwent rigorous testing to ensure high quality labels for every consumer and every design.
In partnership with Facebook, a healthy digital media schedule was created featuring engaging 3d animations of the personalisation process, and the various Christmas designs available to consumers.
Finally our warehousing, logistics and fulfilment arm managed inventory, printing, labelling, packing and consignment of tens of thousands of unique orders before dispatching each order for the lowest cost and fastest fulfilment time possible.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
